Woodland View is located on the semi-rural community of Sandy Ridge, one of the best kept secrets in the area. It is ideally located for all Florida has to offer, as there is quick and easy access to all the major roads connecting the main tourist areas and both coasts. You will find Sandy Ridge off CR532 (Osceola Polk County Line Road). Our home is well off this road so there is no traffic noise. Exit 58 (Champions Gate) from Interstate 4 (I-4) is just minutes away as is the 192 (marker 5) and Highway 27.

Our home is a 2 story, 4-bedroom pool home with 3 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet and wash basin room for your convenience. This private rental is situated next to a spectacular conservation area that offers privacy as well as natural Florida woodland and wildlife. The homes are painted in tranquil pastel colours with no 2 homes next to each other the same.

The downstairs of the home features the common areas of the kitchen, living and dining rooms. The open floor plan provides plenty of sunlight and stunning views of the pool area. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and seating for 2. The dining table has seating for 6. The living room has large sofa with a large flat panel TV with cable installed. Free WIFI is available too.   

All 4-bedrooms are located upstairs.

The King suite has a king bed with a flat panel TV with cable, the ensuite bathroom features a garden tub and a single vanity sink.

The Queen suite features a queen bed with a flat panel TV with cable, the ensuite features a stand-up shower cubicle with sliding door and a single vanity sink.  

Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with a full size bottom bunk and twin size top bunk with a flat panel TV.

Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds and a flat TV.

The 3rd bathroom is a shared bath tub with a shower and a single vanity sink.

All bedrooms have ample closet space for all your clothes and luggage.  

There is a pool table and air hockey table available for your extra enjoyment in the garage area.     

The private pool area has neighbours to the left of the property and is surrounded by a conservation wooded area. There is also a bubbling spa for added relaxation after a long, fun filled Florida day. Sun loungers, a table with seating for four is also available. The pool is completely enclosed with screening for you comfort.

Please note that the pool and spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home has electric pool heat which requires a minimum of 4 consecutive days.  

There is parking for 2 cars on the drive. NB: Please keep the street as clear as possible with vehicles. 

There are 3 large supermarkets nearby, one at Champions Gate and the other 2 are even closer at Ovation on the County Line, Old Lake Wilson Road crossroads – Publix and Aldi. Also available – CVS Pharmacy, McDonalds, Papa John’s, Subway and others!

There are numerous small stores and eating places in the Champions Gate area, with several championship golf courses also nearby. This is the ideal location for anyone wanting a quiet location, close to the action but with a feel of rural America.

Although Sandy Ridge is a lovely safe and peaceful community we employ a manned 24/7 Security Patrol and CCTV.

We also have regular patrols from the local Sherriff’s Department better than an unmanned gated community.
